Many Victorian schools use Google tools for teaching.

This webinar goes beyond the basics of Google’s tools to explore the lesser known additional tools, add-ons and Chrome apps and extensions. Join Kimberley and Chris as they explore the world, streamline your productivity and expose you to provocations to ignite inquiry in your classroom.

Who Should Attend?

  • Primary and Secondary teachers and leaders

About the presenters

Kimberley Hall has almost two decades of teaching and leadership experience across Departments of Education, Primary, Secondary, Higher Ed and Special Schools. Since leaving the classroom, she worked as an eLearning, then Learning and Teaching Advisor with Catholic Education Melbourne and was privileged to have had the opportunity to work with thousands of teachers in countries around the world in her role as a Director for an Education Consulting group. Kimberley was the first female in Australia to be both a Google for Education Certified Innovator and Certified Trainer and was awarded the Department of Education’s ‘Most Outstanding Graduate Teacher’ early in her career. Currently, she is loving the opportunity to collaborate with education systems across the country in her role with the Google for Education team based out of the Melbourne office.

Chris Betcher is a passionate Australian educator with over 30 years of classroom experience. He is currently the Program Manager for G Suite Adoption with the Google for Education team in Sydney. He has presented workshops to educators around the world in the effective use of technology for teaching and learning, and in 2013 was recognised as the Australian ICT Educator of the Year.

This event is made possible by support from the Victorian Department of Education and Training.
