You can update many of your details through your profile page. Ensure you are logged in and then select the Profile menu (look for the blue silhouette of a person). Selecting View profile will allow you to edit your details, privacy settings and email subscriptions.
Large school, Small school and Institution & Corporate memberships allow you to give multiple staff access to our site. This is known as a bundle, and one person will be set as the 'bundle administrator'. This person can add or remove other staff members.
If you are an adminstrator, login and go to your profile. Choose Add Member (see screenshot below) and enter their details. Your colleague will then be emailed a login.
If you have a membership and would like to add many colleagues at one time, download our template, fill it in and email the spreadsheet to firstname.lastname@example.org
We suggest you might email your colleagues first to let them know that you are signing them up. Tell them all about the benefits they'll receive, like access to resources, discounts to events and the latest news in all things digital learning and teaching.
