When you join DLTV, your membership login details will be sent via email.

Member and non-member delegate attendance to events and professional learning activities will also be confirmed via email.

Resources will be delivered in electronic format only, including those pertaining to VCE and VET, publications, and other professional learning offerings.

Refunds

Memberships

There are no refunds for DLTV membership payments.

Events and Professional Learning

If you have booked to attend an event or professional learning activity, and need to cancel your booking:

• There is no refund if DLTV is notified less than one week from the event or activity date.
• Otherwise, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

Resources

Refunds for resources are not available unless the resource is faulty, has been wrongly described, or is different to the product purchased on the website.
